With the scarcity of the Gordon Setter breed, we needed to travel to the other end of the country to Hernwood Kennels to collect her. That required several stressful hours up the motorway, thankfully the drive was fine, but we discovered a dislike of roundabouts in the last few miles. Getting home meant meeting the children, and I think it’s a toss-up whether the 2, or 4, legged family members were most nervous.
